This role is with one of our favourites clients, a fast-growing SME-sized business that is founder owned and managed and has been growing in the South West in recent years by acquiring other businesses.
The company are growing their sales team and looking for someone to step into a role that's working initially with existing clients on new projects/orders. The role is very consultative and you'll need to ask the right questions to understand the client's strategy and immediate/long term needs before making recommendations about the appropriate solution. You'll have the support of other internal teams to get the proposal right but you'll manage the relationship and negotiation aspect. Longer term the role will include new business activity and networking etc and this will happen as soon as you're competent and confident with the technology.
The company are firm believers in doing the right thing for customers and the team, so if you're someone who takes pride in understanding the customer and making good/solid recommendations and only selling something that's appropriate this might be for you?
The company value life experience as well as sales experience and they after open to someone transferring industries whilst also keen to hear from people who sell tech already (software/hardware/installations/support etc)

The salary range is broad and hinges on the industry or lack of industry experience (£28-40k) but you'll get commission and a good OTE on top of this
