Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SEO Manager to join our independent agency team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic search rankings of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each client.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms and trends relevant to client industries.
  3. On-Page Optimisation: Implement on-page optimisation techniques including meta tags, headers, content optimisation, and internal linking to improve website visibility and user experience.
  4. Off-Page Optimisation: Manage off-page optimisation efforts such as link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach to increase domain authority and organic traffic.
  5. Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO audits and optimisations, including website speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.
  6. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
  8. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
  9. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continually improve campaign performance and maintain competitiveness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing SEO campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
