A boutique London Agency are looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to work across a mix of retail and ecommerce brands. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and continuously optimising paid media campaigns to achieve clear ROI targets for each client. This is a very client facing role, so it is important that you enjoy fostering strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for clients ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction for paid media activities for a variety of exciting brands within the retail space.
  • Build and manage paid campaigns on social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok
  • Plan 12-month campaign strategies for each channel and campaign type.
  • Execute campaign builds and optimisations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook.
  • Stay abreast of PPC developments, actively research, test, and propose innovative approaches to enhance PPC services.
  • Collaborate on strategies with Managing Directors and Senior leaders.
  • Directly manage a PPC Account Executive responsible for administrative tasks.


Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive experience working with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta. Also proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, both online and offline approaches, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to clients.
  • Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, Web Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads qualifications.
  • Familiarity with Kenshoo software is preferable.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
  • Proficient organizational skills and a proven ability to execute successful PPC strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
