My client is a global digital marketing agency specialising in content, digital and paid media advertising for a host of well-known B2B and B2C ecommerce companies and brands.
We are looking for a Paid Search Manager who lives and breathes paid media, content ideation and creation, to join our rapidly growing agency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the client services, creative, production, strategy, and social teams to develop and execute high-impact paid search campaigns and content marketing strategies.
The Role
- Implement Paid Search campaigns across various platforms, including Google.
- Input and assist with the management of campaigns including planning, buying and activation.
- Work with the creative team to brief paid search creatives.
- Deliver best in class campaign recommendations and personalisation and segmentation strategies.
- Develop test plans and roadmaps to continually learn and refine campaigns.
- Develop strong client relationships and participate in client pitch processes.
- Communicate performance updates to stakeholders and advocate paid search.
- Conduct account audits and ensure best practice compliance.
- Acting as the key client lead on accounts, reporting and strategy calls, providing direction to other paid team members.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3+ years agency experience.
- Strong PPC experience in high-traffic, high-impression environments.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Approach work with a "test, measure, and learn" mindset.
- Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and commercial awareness.
- Able to work cross-functionally to keep all team members up to date on projects and statuses.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and any Shopify is a bonus.
