Role overview:
As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping our paid media strategies and ensuring operational excellence across our campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, drive efficiencies, and maximise return for our clients. Your experience in Paid Search and analytical skills will be key to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Whilst Paid Search will form the foundation of your knowledge coming into Threepipe Reply, we will train you across multiple channels so that your experience can be applied more broadly.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute advanced Paid Search strategies to meet or exceed client objectives, focusing on Google Ads and Bing (we don't work with SA360)
  • You will be responsible for day-to-day management of campaigns for a range of clients, working towards pre-defined goals and optimising budget and strategies against KPIs
  • Suggesting new ideas and insights gained from running the account to stay on top of the ever-evolving channel and propose testing strategies to optimise campaign performance
  • Utilise analytics and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to achieve maximum output
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot tracking and set-up issues
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to Account Managers/Directors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in Paid Search to drive continuous improvement
About the candidate:
  • 1 - 2 years managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns working towards client's goals on a DR or performance basis
  • A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in a science, business or marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program
  • Comfortable with full account builds, restructures and audits according to best practise
  • A good grasp of excel and strong analytical skills to analyse data sets into meaningful actions with proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience running shopping campaigns and using feeds/working with feed providers
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
