THE ROLE OF SEO MANAGER:


  • Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases for each of the brands.
  • Develop and execute effective on-page strategies to improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
  • Own the SEO content creation process from ideation, copywriting, editing, and promoting content to grow our organic visibility.
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, headers and URLs to ensure alignment with target keywords and enhance search engine crawlability.
  • Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search rankings.
  • Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies, exploring innovative approaches to enhance our SEO efforts further.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE SEO MANAGER ROLE:


  • 4+ years in copywriting, with a focus on SEO best practice: strong understanding of on-page optimisation and keyword research.
  • Ability to demonstrate successfully hitting organic growth goals through SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Have examples of building efficient SEO and content campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills
