JRI Orthopaedics, a British manufacturer based in Sheffield, specialise in providing innovative and quality orthopaedic solutions globally. With over 50 years of experience, we offer a range of solutions including bone-conserving primary hip systems, complex hip revision systems and our own shoulder system too. Our expanding portfolio includes 3D printed custom solutions with personalized support for surgeons and we have recently successfully launched new primary and complex knee implants.


Role Description

As our international markets continue to expand, we are looking for a driven sales professional to help us maintain our high standards of service and profit from the momentum that we have already gained by identifying and opening up new markets. This is a full-time position for an International Sales Executive located in Sheffield. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the sales plans as per the strategic international business plan.
  • Achieving the sales target as per area of influence.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Understanding and implementing client requirements such as training delivery.
  • Assisting the Regulatory team to register products in the target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance within the organisation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on performance, market trends, and competitive activities.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences
  • Full clean driving license.
  • DBS & MIA clearance (company sponsored)
  • Proven track record in International sales (opening markets/expanding market share) within health care / orthopaedic implants / medical devices (minimum 2 years)
  • Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or French and/or German and/or Italian
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical aspects to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, 50% of the time.
