Event Sale Representative – Mobile/Circular Industry Events

Mobi Hub is a premier organizer of events in the mobile&circular industry, connecting enthusiasts, professionals, and brands.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive ticket sales and enhance the event experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ticket Sales Management: Oversee online ticket sales for various mobile industry events, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
* Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with ticket purchases, and resolving issues via email and chat.
* Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
* Sales Analytics: Monitor ticket sales performance and analyze trends to optimize sales strategies and pricing.
* Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including liaising with venue staff and ensuring a smooth ticketing process on-site.
* Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback post-event to enhance future ticketing processes and event experiences.
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the events or mobile industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in online sales platforms and CRM software.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
