TLDR of the Role:


We're looking for someone with extensive experience in influencer & affiliate partnerships. Your role will be to oversee both our pet and human wellness brands. You will devise our influencer marketing strategy and take ownership for the A-Z of launching, monitoring, reporting, iterating and delivering successful influencer campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Influencer Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience. Continuously analyze market trends to refine and optimize influencer outreach.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, from concept to delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and influencers to ensure timely and successful launch of campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies. Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing communications and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant tools and metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and social media teams to co-create content that resonates with our audience and enhances the impact of influencer partnerships.
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI. Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure favorable terms.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with legal requirements, including FTC guidelines and disclosure regulations.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Proven track record in managing successful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Experience with performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
