Building a successful drinks brand requires a winning strategy and strong execution. We are looking for an individual who gets great satisfaction in crafting comprehensive plans and then rolling up their sleeves to see them through to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing and brand strategy for the UK and key international markets.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to allocate resources across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee all areas of marketing activity, including digital marketing, physical marketing, product brand management, partnerships, events, market research, and external agencies.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals and external PR agency.
  • Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on brand development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience working in a B Corp or purpose-driven organization is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
