I am currently partnered with a payment solutions provider who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Technical Solutions Consultant to work alongside the sales team.
You will take the responsibility of communicating the company's technological offerings and products, effectively positioning them for both business-minded and technically inclined users. As such, you're a fast learner and excel at recognizing the technical and business needs of customers and devising solutions that leverage the capabilities of our products.
Your support will extend to assisting the sales team with proposal activities, making your advanced technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills highly valuable. Additionally, part of the job involves discovering the possibilities with our product, further enhancing its potential for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform the technical discovery with prospects and customers
- Assess the technical fit to initiatives a customer is interested in
- Judge the right path to perform technical validation event(s) like high-impact demos of the solutions we provide
- Co-create and develop compelling business cases for customers that show the ROI and value proposition of my client
- To provide product, solution and pre-sales consultancy and support. This involves, but is not limited to, the preparation of printed material and PowerPoint presentations, analysis of customer requirements, demonstration of products and solutions from a technical perspective and at a level and in a manner appropriate for the audience
- Provide product implementation consultancy to customers, partners and colleagues
- Maintain and build a detailed knowledge of PSP partner solution offerings
- Have an active involvement in technical calls and discussions with all partners or suppliers
Must have
- Demonstrate good analytical skills and a methodical approach to work
- 2+ years within of relevant experience working within IT in the Presales department
- Excellent communication skills in a customer facing environment
- Out going personality and the confidence to excel in a customer facing role
