Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive new business sales strategy aligned with the company’s revenue goals. Identify high-value companies to maximize growth opportunities. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of competition. Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion. Drive prospecting efforts through networking, partnerships, and market research. Oversee the qualification process to prioritise opportunities with high revenue potential and closing new business.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating internal teams. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting
