Fragrance Du Bois Account Manager - Reporting to Business Manager/UK Sales Manager


About Your Role


You are an engaged Fragrance Du Bois ambassador and achieve this by engaging customers and colleagues with our vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational Account Manager who strives to achieve your personal and our company overall sales targets. You always lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service. You show flexibility and are a strong communicator who supports and works well with your team. You work collaboratively with Fragrance Du Bois and Store Management teams. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and work with your team to promote Fragrance Du Bois both within and out with the store.


Job Requirements


Personal Accountabilities

  • You are self-motivated to drive sales success, working diligently to achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets, both personally and for the total account.
  • You ensure an exceptionally high standard of product knowledge and continually update your Fragrance Du Bois training knowledge to fully understand our fragrances and give the best customer experience possible. You encourage and support your team in doing the same.
  • You are a great team player and brand ambassador for Fragrance Du Bois.
  • You complete and submit the monthly rota and complete all account paperwork in a timely manner and ensure the weekly sales are communicated to the UK Sales Manager and UK Sales Director each week.
  • You ensure any personal or team training needs are communicated to your line manager.


Commercial Accountabilities

  • You know how best to achieve limitless results from each customer and demonstrate this daily, with a focus on link selling across Fragrance Du Bois portfolio of fragrances. You lead by example and inspire success by monitoring and encouraging a high Average Unit Sales and Average Customer Purchase.
  • You drive and build your business performance to achieve sales & productivity targets daily for you and your team.
  • You always ensure the very best customer experience is being delivered during the sale but with the after sales service too. You invite your customers to join our VIP mailing list, ensuring future business and sales and ensure your team are focused and adhering to future business too.
  • You build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with your customers and keep in touch to ensure they return to Fragrance Du Bois.
  • You help deliver a compelling events strategy for the counter and are fully aware of any additional opportunities within the store. You ensure effective management of any new launch or site opportunities by ensuring the promotional tracker is updated and results communicated daily, plentiful supply of stock and ongoing stock management, ensure sufficient NSV including blotters, samples and GWP’s and best in class staffing support.
  • You record and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity results to your line Manager.


Operational Accountabilities

  • You always ensure effective stock management and report any potential upcoming stock issues to the UK Sales Manager in a timely manner. You will place a collateral & tester order quarterly to ensure smooth running of account.
  • You adhere to health and safety guidance in the workplace as well as all store rules and regulations and ensure team adherence.
  • You have the very highest standards of personal grooming and take great pride in your appearance, always promoting Fragrance Du Bois by wearing our fragrances with pride during your working hours. You ensure your team is always looking their very best too and take great pride in the team spirit.
