We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Off Trade / Grocery Sales Team as a Key Account Manager. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Customer Strategic Business Plans: Create aligned promo, activation, and investment plans for convenience stores.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Support the Off Trade team in building sustainable relationships with grocery buyers and their surrounding teams.
- Proactive Sales Management: Ensure budgets and targets are achieved while managing sales into accounts.
- Support Commercial Negotiations: Assist the team in P&L and commercial negotiations.
- S&OP Forecasting: Provide clear and up-to-date inputs into the weekly and monthly forecasting process.
- At least 2 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong selling ability and experience selling into and managing grocery accounts.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good negotiating skills.
- A positive and 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity to seek new opportunities.
- Great multitasking and organisational ability.
You will have a demonstrable track record in FMCG sales working with UK retailers. You will be enthusiastic, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to demonstrate agility, work to tight deadlines, communicate effectively, and motivate team members to support your objectives.
