What you can expect

We are looking for a Partner Marketing leader to create, and manage the marketing and demand generation strategy with our leading reseller and distribution partners across our EMEA region.

As the Partner Marketing EMEA leader, you will manage a team of channel marketing managers, and develop and foster a high performance team culture.

As Partner Marketing EMEA leader, you will cultivate, maintain and build upon excellent partner relationships, assist partners with the ability to implement Zoom marketing campaigns and work closely as a team with Zoom's channel sales team in the EMEA region to align on strategy and execute it. You will track success metrics to create better future plans to influence partner-driven pipeline growth and bookings.

In this role, you will also work collaboratively with internal Zoom teams including field marketing, sales and channel, product, finance, and operations teams to drive awareness of our diverse partner ecosystem in the region and develop supporting content and processes to support the program.

With a focus on innovative partnerships, we drive mutual growth and create impactful campaigns. Our goal is to amplify Zoom's market influence and deliver unparalleled value to our users through dynamic and meaningful partnerships

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in channel marketing within a high-tech or SaaS company
  • Able to demonstrate Partner marketing experience, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem.
  • Able to steer Zoom's comprehensive partner marketing strategy within EMEA and drive demand generation and revenue with partners
  • Have experience with building and fostering regional and global relationships
  • Have experience in a people management role
  • Have the desire to deliver the best solution for sales, channel and the end customers
