AJ Chambers are working with a top International Law Firm who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support the Head of HR..

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting our HR Manager in all aspects of their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Manage the HR Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee files.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support HR events and initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from employees and external partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in HR or familiarity with HR processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
