Reporting to the Chief People Officer and a member of the HR SLT, you will be responsible for leading the colleague experience strategy across the Newcastle Building Society Group.


As Head of Colleague Experience, you will map employee experience across the colleague lifecycle, identifying opportunities for improvement and will create a clear employee voice strategy that builds trust, openness and delivers actionable insight and will partner leaders and HR colleagues to support colleague action.


Through effective measurement and evaluation of people and business data, you and your team will develop initiatives and evaluate impact on people experience and business performance, continually improving and adapting to meet objectives.

You will play a leading role in an exciting cultural transformation programme, developing employer brand, employee value proposition, and leading on communication to ensure understanding, making sure initiatives are landing well and are enabling colleagues to be successful.


We are looking for someone who majors in the colleague experience space, with knowledge, experience and thought leadership in developing, measuring, monitoring, and delivering great colleague experience. You will be joining a brilliant team, so you will need to be a collaborator, with great relationship building skills and a genuine passion for working with leaders and colleagues to deliver people experience that matches Newcastle Building Society’s values and meets business objectives.
