Senior Event Marketing Manager – global edtech/wellbeing – up to £80k + bonus + benefits (remote)
Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing tech company with a focus on personal growth, transformation, and wellbeing across global markets spanning the UK, US, and Europe. This team has exciting new initiatives in the pipeline. They’re seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager with a focus on growth marketing, large B2C events, and building communities to join their passionate team.
This flexible role is fully remote, and benefits include bonus, medical insurance + dental and eyecare, 25 days annual leave, a focus on personal development & training, MacBook, and equipment allowance.
This brand-new strategic growth marketing role will develop marketing activity for in-person, online, and hybrid events including international summits that ultimately result in community growth and sales. As Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will build marketing campaigns that achieve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. This hands-on Senior Event Marketing Manager role will include running demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs in collaboration with the wider global marketing team.
This forward-thinking growth marketing role is the opportunity to market activities for international events and global communities, so the ability to use marketing tactics to build genuine relationships with B2C audiences is an integral part of this varied role. Using your strong analytical mindset you will effectively analyse campaign data in order build engagement with current and prospective customers. Your proven previous experience of running campaigns for new product launches will also be invaluable in this role as you will also contribute to go-to-market plans.

What do I need?
- Experience in demand generation marketing
- Brilliant data analysis skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in customer acquisition and retention
- A passion for education/coaching, wellbeing, and personal growth/mindfulness
- 5+ years in B2C events focused marketing roles
