The Role – Company – Expectation:

  • A role for a technical (mechanical) senior sales manager with excellent leadership skills, who is hands on and still wants to sell and develop business.
  • You must have previous experience working in an SME. An understanding of a non-corporate environment and a passion for this size of business.
  • Strategic sales experience is essential – Facilitating growth and implementing management and performance processes without upsetting the apple cart is critical.
  • Your team will be experienced technical sales / BDMs based in the Southeast.
  • You will be selling pump and engineering solutions and services into facilities management companies (mainly) – delivering engineering projects.
  • A rewarding culture and environment with a lot of potential awaits you.
  • You will provide leadership and direction and report key metrics to the General Manager and the leadership team.
  • Ideally you will be able to be office based once a week or twice every two weeks. This is home based and field based and very pro-active.
  • You must be happy to sell yourself with a small target, lead by example and win hearts and minds and take people on a journey
  • Bonus Experience – Understanding/experience or contacts within the facilities management sector in the South East
  • Bonus Experience – Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Bonus Experience – Any technical understanding or experience in pumps.
