What you will do as a Meeting and Events Sales Manager
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales Management team, encompassing training, development planning, and coaching initiatives.
- Oversee the auditing of sales systems to ensure timely client follow-up and efficient conversion of business opportunities.
- Strategically analyse potential business prospects and actively pursue new ventures to enhance organisational growth.
- Manage Group and Event inquiries by promptly providing comprehensive hotel information, rates, and availability.
- Conduct site inspections and engage in client consultations whilst keeping up to date with knowledge of products and competitors.
