Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing, Employee-Owned Company. Market leaders in delivering high-quality health, safety and HR consultancy services across Europe and the UK, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their customers, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
They are seeking a proactive Account Executive to join their Customer Experience team.
The Role
Frontline of their customer engagement, this role ensures the seamless delivery of the services, managing customer and consultant relationships, and generating additional business from their existing customer base all whilst maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
This role is pivotal in helping maintain the high standards of service delivery, supporting their consultant team and contributing to the Company’s growth targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience within a customer service field with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with the customers.
- You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated to work independently.
Benefits
- Holiday: Starting at 23 per annum plus bank holidays rising to 25 days after 2 years of service
- Group Income Protection: Subject to eligibility and conditions, 75% of salary covered, payable after 8 weeks of sickness absence.
