Role Overview


The Head of Corporate Sales will manage the successful delivery of the sales budget, whilst also sourcing, managing and converting leads across B2B and B2C channels on a global basis. This is a key position within TBR as you will be generating income through multiple sales channels and connections. This role will require regular travel throughout EMEA and occasionally further afield.


Main Responsibilities


  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring budgets are met and team performance is managed appropriately
  • Lead the RFI, RFP process, working with appropriate personnel within TBR to ensure information is collated and submitted in line with client expectations
  • Ensure that internal sales systems are utilised and monitored to a high standard
  • Work to agreed financial growth targets as determined by Head of EMEA
  • Upsell of products across global platforms and service lines
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis to ensure effective and competitive pricing in the Corporate landscape
  • Know your products – have a thorough understanding of TBR products, offerings and service lines
  • Attend trade shows & exhibitions to increase awareness of TBR in the corporate sphere
  • Identify opportunities for new business & maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Manage new clients through each of the different qualifying stages from initial enquiry through to implementation / go live
  • Create and deliver client presentations
  • Work with colleagues to complete global & local projects including proposals and marketing


Experience & Qualifications


  • 5+ years corporate sales experience (ground transportation experience desirable)
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading a team of sales professionals
  • Experience of B2B and B2C sales
