The Role

We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager. Reporting into the Global Head of GTM Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our front office teams in executing strategic priorities. You will be pivotal in providing analysis and recommendations to leadership and delivering efficiencies that impact revenue. Supporting the global growth of Argentex, you will be responsible for creating global consistency whilst supporting regional process nuances.


You will have broad exposure across the business, requiring you to be confident with working with cross functional teams to optimise processes. An understanding of how the wider business areas operate and awareness of cross functional processes that put client experience and operational efficiency at the heart is key to the success of this role.


You will need to have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a face paced, action and delivery orientated business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Commercial reporting: working closely with the BI team to continually improve the information available and analyse data to influence decisions
  • Sales data management: build process to ensure quality data in Salesforce that can be relied upon
  • Commercial process automation: spot opportunities for improvement, always be considering how we can embed and improve across the business
  • Working closely with sales and dealing management on supporting the teams, enabling success
  • Sales enablement tools: management and horizon scanning
  • Sales forecasting and budgeting: work with Head of Sales, Dealing and Finance to deliver business forecasting whilst enhancing the process to be more automated and efficient
  • Support working towards creating globally consistent and scalable processes
  • KPI setting, tracking and analysis
  • Support new product roll outs and building these into commercial processes


Requirements and Experience

  • You will be proactive and confident to take the lead when necessary
  • 5 years + experience in sales operations, commercial programme management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with financial services, preferably FX and/or payments firm
  • Regulatory awareness
