What You'll Do:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales negotiators, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a experienced sales neg to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the North East London property market.
  • Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
