V&C Associates are excited to be partnering with one of the UK most prolific luxury tour operators looking at recruiting for a a Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe in a based in the UK, this role would focus on driving trade performance, onboarding new travel agencies, and reactivating dormant accounts. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive growth in the luxury travel sector across Central Europe. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the unique challenges of the region while promoting the organisation's high-end travel offerings to discerning clients through travel agency partnerships. Candidates do not necessarily have to cone from a travel background but understanding of working with B2B distributors is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities across UK and Central European markets, with a focus on luxury travel products and services
- Achieve and exceed targeted sales and margin goals for the region
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new travel agencies as partners
- Identify and reactivate dormant accounts to maximize revenue potential
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to quotation and closing deals
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities in Central Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and key industry stakeholders
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for the luxury travel sector
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness
Key Requirements
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and proactive approach to sales

- Passion for luxury travel and in-depth knowledge of Central European destinations
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Successfully onboard a predetermined number of new travel agency partners each quarter
- Increase the number of active accounts by reactivating a set percentage of dormant accounts annually
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention among travel agency partners
- Proven experience as a sales executive or manager in the travel industry, particularly in luxury segments
- Ability to work autonomously and manage activities independently
