About Them:

Join a fast-growing SME superfood brand that's shaking up the health and wellness industry They are a passionate team dedicated to providing superfood products that fuel healthy lifestyles. As a rapidly expanding brand, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with key retailers.


The Role:

As a Sales Manager and reporting directly into the Managing Director, you’ll be at the forefront of their sales strategy, focusing on managing and developing relationships with H&B, Ocado, Whole Foods, Planet Organic to name a few. You’ll work closely with the MD to identify new opportunities, increase revenue, and enhance their brand presence


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing national accounts, ensuring excellent service and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products.

What They Are Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a fmcg sales role, preferably in health, or the wellness sectors.
  • SME/challenger brand experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing national accounts (can be as an NAE) and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and superfoods.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
