Description

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this is a newly created role to drive growth for Loqbox’s B2B2C activities. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody to build out this function from scratch. Getting a new partner on board is only the first step; from there, it’s about building journeys to connect with and convert new audiences — then continually optimising these. You’ll be responsible for making the journeys that connect Loqbox to our partner’s audiences as effective as possible, whether the touchpoints are landing pages, communications, social content, events or within the product. You’ll also work with the team to foster that connection with partners themselves.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver partner marketing strategies: Build our reputation and brand among our partner audience, developing and delivering strategies to raise awareness of and interest in Loqbox in key verticals.
  • Identify and establish brand partnerships: Thinking beyond financial services to other brands that connect with our audiences while aligning with our mission, identify and establish new brand partnerships to increase member acquisition.
  • Streamline lead generation: Build processes and tech stack to streamline inbound and outbound lead generation, and nurture.
  • Create and implement media plans: Develop an organic and paid media plan targeting partners and perspective partners on all appropriate channels, collaborating with the creative team on content.
  • CRO experimentation with partner channels: Take a test and learn approach to experiment with existing partner channels to increase conversion rates and ultimately member acquisition from their audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product, Technology, Member Support, Risk and other teams, working multifunctionally to design and deliver new partner journeys, connecting Loqbox to the partner’s audiences.
  • Create communications plans: Create and deliver communications plans to reach and convert partner audiences.
  • Develop marketing and sales collateral: Including decks, brochures, website, case studies etc for partners.
  • Explore co-marketing opportunities: Identify, design and deliver co-marketing opportunities with partners.
  • Plan events and webinars: Plan partner events, webinars, and workshops to engage and educate partners and their audiences.
  • Implement feedback loops: Work with the Insights team and Commercial Manager to establish mechanisms to gather feedback from partners and their audiences to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with sales teams: Enhance business development activities and align efforts to drive partner success and revenue growth.
  • Track success: Develop a measurement program, reporting to key stakeholders.


About you

  • +5 years experience in a similar role
  • B2B2C experience is essential
  • Experience managing, developing and inspiring a team
  • Able to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a partner audience
  • Good understanding of brand, and brand partnerships
  • Experience working in high growth scaleup businesses preferred
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Highly organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Be empathetic and obsessed with our members (you’re keen to learn everything you can about them so that you can create amazing content that resonates)
