As a pivotal member of the marketing team, you’ll take the lead in shaping communication approach, ensuring that every message resonates with their audience and aligns with the brand's voice.
You’ll work closely with the CRM team, leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth across multiple channels.
Your Role
- Develop and implement CRM strategies using Salesforce to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the creation of targeted communication campaigns, ensuring consistency with business objectives and brand standards.
- Design and maintain a communication strategy that optimizes timing and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to create and refine templates and assets, enhancing the relevance of communications throughout the customer journey.
- Utilise data analytics to segment customer populations and tailor communications for maximum impact.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with diverse customer segments at every stage of their lifecycle.
- Track and analyse CRM campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all communications meet regulatory and data privacy standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with the ability to maximize its features.
- Expertise in crafting impactful marketing communications and understanding customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare or dental care is a plus, along with familiarity with fast-paced service or retail environments.
