Workonomics are partnering with a developer tooling startup, whose SaaS platform enables engineering teams everywhere to harness the power of real-time data. We're helping grow their London engineering team.
Their enterprise-grade product helps companies maximise the value of their data, unlock business value, and improve engineering team’s productivity.
They're looking to hire 1x Senior Customer Success Engineer to help onboard new enterprise customers, form relationships, and work closely with them to maximise their value from the platform.
You’ll enjoy and succeed working in this role if you:
- have 4+ years’ experience working in a similar technical, customer-facing engineering role
- can troubleshoot apps running on Linux (resource contention, network bottlenecks, etc)
- understand streaming or messaging systems (like Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ, or JMS)
- have a background in consulting, working directly with enterprise customers
- ideally have hands-on experience with distributed technologies
- know your way around Docker and Kubernetes
This will suit an engineer who enjoys solving a real variety of complex technical challenges, wants to work closely with end users, and is super passionate about Kafka / data streaming.
