My client - a global commodity business intelligence provider - is seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Success for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial for leading their global customer success team and driving transformation across the organization.


We are looking for a strategic leader who can transform teams and processes in high-growth environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of the Customer Success department to support growth ambitions.
  • Assess and optimize team structure, including hiring as needed.
  • Inspire and manage teams responsible for customer adoption, strategic account management, and global account support.
  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding to retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align and enhance strategies.
  • Present team successes and strategic initiatives to the executive team.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in building or transforming a large customer success department.
  • Proven success in executing growth strategies.
  • Leadership experience in high-performing customer success or sales teams – subscription business experience is required.
  • Track record of driving positive customer outcomes, growth, and reducing churn.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven process implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
  • Experience in a global business.
