We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to manage our key accounts and lead our customer service team to new heights here in Manchester.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, handling key client accounts, and driving team performance to meet and exceed KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the handling of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, setting targets and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting high levels of engagement and morale.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing client issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
