About High Performance Foundation

The High Performance Foundation is a newly established charity which was set up after the success of the High Performance Podcast. We exist to help young people kickstart their journey to a future where they can thrive. The content has young people from underserved backgrounds at its centre, aiming to improve resilience, mental health and employability skills. Our flagship programme, Game Plan, is a free resource for schools. Bringing high impact videos from well-known and respected personalities alongside high quality lesson plans, designed and developed in conjunction with education experts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project manage the creation of new Game Plan content, and future education programmes.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to drive the growth, awareness, engagement and scalability of the education programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our programmes to schools, educational authorities, and relevant stakeholders (using channels such as social media, networking events, and presentations.)
  • Create and deliver an advocacy plan that promotes the importance of investing in children’s mindset
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational leaders, and key decision-makers to foster partnerships and collaboration.
  • Build a network of passionate teachers who champion and advocate the programme and support these teachers with insightful and relevant content.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, addressing their needs, providing support, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the programme.
  • Implement robust monitoring and evaluation processes to track programme performance and impact.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key insights and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating others.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up - We’re a small team and are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in with a can do attitude
  • Strong organisational abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of the education sector experience
  • Proven track record in driving growth initiatives, preferably within the education sector or start-up environment.
  • Fearless – we believe in an education revolution and are we are looking for someone who will fearlessly lead this for us
