Provides visible Health & Wellbeing (H&W) leadership and direction. Provides specialist subject matter advice, guidance and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams. Support the delivery of the business and H&W strategy and objectives through ownership and delivery of projects, programmes within the Group H&W delivery plan.

You'll be responsible for:

Contributes to the development of and drive the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.Responsible for execution of group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projects ensuring delivery to planned time and budget.Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.Collaborates with HR and (health safety and wellbeing) HSW functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.Remains up to date with the latest thinking and research relating to organisational health and wellbeing.Analyses data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI's) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Manages relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time and budget. Work with senior leaders, HSW and HR stakeholders to deliver cost effective and efficient H&W performance.Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Experience and knowledge of: H&W legislation and delivery relevant to their area of work.Current health and wellbeing issues and trendsSupporting and developing team members' H&W competency.Being able to network and share information and knowledge gained.Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and health and safety and well-being (HSW).Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.Proven experience initiating, delivering and managing organisational health and wellbeing projects and programmes and achieving results.Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and best practice.Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Attention to detail.Ability to coach and develop teams and individuals in developing health and wellbeing (H&W) competencyProject and programme management skills and experience Communication and presenting skills.Analytical thinking, ability to generate insights from health and wellbeing (H&W) data sources. Self-motivated and purpose led.Able to motivate a team and/or peers.Work in a collaborative manner.Deliver results through influencing and negotiation.Experience of delivering strategic plans and meeting objectives. Able to challenge the status quo.Professional qualification (or equivalent).Relevant experience of management in an organisation.Evidence of continuous professional development.
