Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution. Companies include global lingerie brand Agent Provocateur, luxury outerwear brand Arctic Army, wholesale distributor Four Marketing and our PR and Marketing agency, Present Agency.


We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based on-site Monday-Friday.


The successful Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees across the Four Marketing Group companies in the UK and internationally.


The role of Talent Acquisition Advisor will also be responsible for working closely with Four Marketing Group hiring managers and providing proactive support throughout the full cycle of recruitment.


Main duties and Responsibilities:



  • Full responsibility of end-to-end candidate hiring processes
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and relevant members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Four Marketing Group Career Page and other professional networks
  • Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent pool from job advertising responses
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Regular communication with relevant HR representative regarding candidates start date, verbal offer acceptance, new starter details as well as any other information required
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the Four Marketing Group companies are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Follow the Four Marketing Group recruitment and sourcing strategies to fulfil business needs though building consistent candidate pipelines
  • Supporting relevant HR representative regarding onboarding new starters
  • Knowledge of HRIS
  • Cover for payroll


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:


  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role within in-house or agency environment
  • Have previous experience with full cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent emotional intelligence
  • Be a proactive individual, able to ‘think outside of the box’
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work at all levels of the organisation and develop relationships throughout the business to foster two-way communications
