Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of roles across the company. You will be a key player in shaping the talent strategy, partnering with leadership to identify critical hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, a passion for building high-performing teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive talent using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, tech forums, job boards, etc.).
  • Employer Branding: Work on initiatives to position [Company Name] as an employer of choice in the tech industry, including attending industry events, creating content, and building partnerships.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data and metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process, providing regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance and key metrics.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from application to offer stage.
  • Recruitment Tools & Platforms: Manage and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including familiarity with technical roles and skillsets (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers, etc.).
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including passive recruitment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, market trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in recruitment.
  • Prior experience in managing a recruitment team or leading large-scale hiring initiatives.
