As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll have a key strategic role to play in the success of our talent acquisition strategy for Marshall Motor Group. You will develop and manage a highly effective, innovative talent acquisition team that ensures we hire the right people into the right roles, at the right time. You will partner and influence key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to ensure successful delivery of the talent acquisition team’s strategy, objectives and SLA’s working in partnership with the wider HR team and reporting directly to the HR Director.
