RSE is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our office in Inverness on a permanent basis as part of our Water Technologies and Modular Build team. This is a unique role, offering the incumbent the opportunity to effectively spearhead the delivery of a variety of projects by coordinating with a number of stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to the water industry.


Some of Your Key Duties Include:


  • Preparation of site and office documentation as required.
  • Issue of documentation to clients and suppliers as required.
  • Document control and tracking.
  • Managing change requests.
  • Preparation of work packs.
  • Liaising with Project Engineers, Project Managers and External Customers
  • Compilation of project final documentation
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.


What Do You Need?


  • Experience working within a fast paced environment, managing multiple project demands.
  • Any experience within the utility, engineering or construction sector would be advantageous.
  • Impeccable organisation skills.
  • Keen focus on quality
  • Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, building productive relationships throughout all interactions.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
