Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule regular meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records of project meetings, actions, and decisions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing documentation and assisting with planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Working Arrangements:

  • Contract Length: 12 months initially.
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
  • Travel Required: No.
  • Pay Rate: £114 per day (PAYE) or £150 per day (umbrella).
