What Are We Looking For?


Owning to continued sustainable growth, our in-house Design team is looking for a BIM Co-Ordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Inverness. You’ll provide support and guidance to our existing Quality Assurance, Design, and Project teams on all BIM related matters, and develop the necessary processes and templates for the successful implementation of our BIM procedures.

Some Of Your Key Duties Include

  • Assess client BIM requirements and ensure that these are met in full.
  • Prepare BIM Execution Plans.
  • Undertake regular Model Review exercises.
  • Prepare and circulate reports.
  • Develop BIM management processes and templates for projects.
  • Research and trial additional tools that will complement our Design/BIM process.
  • Attend client project meetings.


What Do You Need?

  • A Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering is desirable.
  • An understanding of ISO:19650 and UK building construction fundamentals.
  • Experience in design procedures.
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • A good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM3360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is desirable.
  • UK Driving Licence.
