The Role

Due to recent growth of the UK business we are expanding our UK Distribution team who cover both institutional and wholesale investors across the EMEA region. Based out of the London office, some international travel may be required. Whilst primarily a sales support role, there is room for development to transition to a more client facing role over a 2-3 year time period dependent on progress and desire etc.


Key aspects of the role include:

• Support sales team with all aspects of client interaction

• Proactively assist with focused marketing/client events

• Collect and analyse data to support sales goals and campaigns

• CRM Management.

• Registration of funds/classes in new jurisdictions – assessment of opportunity vs costs, registration process, approval from stakeholders, implementation with Acolin/GFR, and ongoing relationship/renewals

• Registration of new funds with investment platforms, including taking ownership of the relationships/being proactive with platform providers

• UCITS and Cayman marketing documentation

  1. update of KIIDS and other marketing documents
  2. update of UCITS and Cayman websites
  3. liaison and update of info to data vendors (Fundinfo, Bloomberg etc)
  4. monthly emails (with Pinnacle Marketing)
  5. marketing compliance - liaison with compliance (Pinnacle and other)

• Pinnacle International Operations, with specific reference to acting as a liaison between Pinnacle Australia and Pinnacle ICAV domiciled in Dublin and Cayman Funds. Activities relate specifically to

  1. New client/investor on-boarding (liaison, documentation and cashflow management)
  2. Liaising with investors and delivering an outstanding client experience
  3. Liaising with Pinnacle Australia, the relevant Pinnacle Affiliate, RBC Dublin, State Street Singapore to facilitate any activities for which Pinnacle Australia requires assistance within the European time zone


Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years’ experience in asset management or relevant financial industry – sales and operational or compliance experience preferred

• Though not required, Salesforce experience preferred (i.e. beyond basic administration)

• ‘Take ownership’ mindset, ability to operate independently and without supervision

• Desire to learn and develop skillset across all aspects of distribution: marketing, material development, regulatory affairs, RFP’s, platform onboarding, client interaction, prospecting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at once

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-orientated environment
