Working alongside the Creative Visual and Creative Standards managers you will deliver clear creative projects, actions, and campaigns as by the Head of Creative, protecting and enhancing the Fenwick brand.


About you:

  • Strong creative visual aesthetic - ideally gained in fashion beauty and home retailing.
  • Strong background in visual display – windows, pop up’s, internal space layouts and Mannequin dressing, graphic and vinyl application
  • Strong commercial understanding of spatial design, retail visual merchandising and how these impact increased sales
  • Detail orientated and time focussed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team outlook
  • Highly organised and able to work with multiple works streams and deadlines.
  • IT literate – Sketch Up or alternative CAD application knowledge is essential, In-design knowledge desired.

We offer a salary of up to £40,000 dependent of experience.

  • Work closely with the Creative Visual Manager to provide practical application tools that enhance the implementation of campaigns and projects providing clear direction through the creative tool kits developed for the store VM teams - to support the best delivery of all creative campaigns and projects across all Fenwick stores.
  • Support the Creative Visual and Standards Managers with briefs and concept development, used by external designers and production teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the CVM, CSM and Buying and Merchandising teams on the implementation of retail concepts and briefs to promote improved visual spaces in stores.
  • Work closely with the CSM on the development of creative standards packs/tool kits to support in store teams with the improvement and maintenance of mannequin and fixture presentation and styling.
  • Ensure all aspects of the creative campaigns and projects are delivered on time.
  • As part of the Brand and Marketing team, actively support all other areas of the Marketing team to support the delivery of new and established creative activities.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics teams to implement the complete 360 vision of each creative project to improve the visual standards and presentation of our stores
  • As a member of the Brand and Marketing team, support all cultural and transformational actions to surprise and delight Fenwick’s customers, brand partners and internal teams.
