It’s really important to us that this role is filled by someone with at least 6 years experience in an integrated creative environment, with a proven track record conceiving ideas for brands that have been executed in the public realm. We are looking for an innovator who loves bringing brands to life across animation, art, experiential, video and other engaging tools.


This role will be an integral part of our in-house Creative team and a key contributor for all the agency's creative output. The day-to-day will focus on conceiving compelling creative ideas and bringing them to life visually with a forensic attention to detail and quality.


Core responsibilities

  • Creative concepting - clearly articulating brilliant creative ideas for campaigns people want to engage with
  • Campaign delivery - asset production, creative problem solving
  • Working within budget on campaigns
  • Pitching / selling ideas
  • Collaborating with strategy team
  • Demonstrate an active role in departmental standards and processes


We need you to be able to:

  • Autonomously design and produce beautiful creative for a series of global clients.
  • Confidently develop and execute ideas for campaigns, events, experiential and product launches, combining design, art, animation, photography and video to create impactful content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Ideate alone, and in group environments
  • Demonstrate your understanding of Adobe software - InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop / Premier / After Effects and their limitations
  • Show a genuine interest in both the wider industry, standards, best practices, culture, innovations and trends
  • Understand typography and colour theory knowledge across digital & print media.
  • Show detailed knowledge of all social platforms and their specifications.
  • Be a collaborative team player; working with clients and cross-agency teams to bring innovative solutions to creative opportunities and challenges
  • Happily plan and lead creative brainstorms when required
  • Demonstrate an understanding of strategy and its role in the creative process
  • Be confident and compassionate in leading and developing those working alongside you
  • Sell your ideas in a compelling manner, internally and externally, both in writing and presenting
