We are looking for an experienced, accomplished and multi-talented graphic designer to join our creative team driving innovation and elevating mcm’s creative design offer. To be in the running, you will:


· Be able to demonstrate excellent skills across a range of skills and applications and have a passion for remaining at the leading edge of technology trends

· Have live agency experience including strong skills for brief/brand interpretation, creating beautiful and engaging pitches and persuasive presentation of concepts and ideas

· Demonstrate good knowledge and experience of graphic design for event spaces/environments and onsite delivery

full job description - Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Head of Creative Services


Main Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the development of creative concepts and artwork for projects from inception through to final delivery, ensuring that all work meets the brief and exceed clients' expectations. The Senior Designer will drive innovation, particularly in graphic design, elevating the agency’s creative offering.


Main Responsibilities of the Role:

· Upholding our company culture by demonstrating and endorsing the company’s beliefs, values and behaviours

· Working collaboratively with the head of creative services, the creative team, creative resources and clients to develop creative visual concepts, ideas and visual assets in response to the brief.

· Interrogating, challenging, and gaining a deep understanding of client’s briefs to enable effective interpretation

· Developing identities and applying brands in thoughtful and beautiful ways

· Working with the project team and external suppliers to produce designed work within budget.

· Ensure a comprehensive understanding and adherence to key pitch and project milestones.

· Work across multiple projects, proactively liaising with other departments and clients as necessary.

· Ensure accuracy of content through proof reading and attention to all detail

· Develop and maintain the technical design of the mcm website


Accountable for:

· Delivering high-quality creative work that adheres to brand guidelines and meets both client and internal standards.

· Managing multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Essential experience & requirements:

· Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (incl. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, After effects),

· Microsoft 365 literate, especially PowerPoint

· 2D Print Design, Web Design, App & UI Design and storyboarding

· 2D Visualisation skills for pitching ideas and concepts - infographic and basic technical illustration e.g. floorplans, Photo Retouching, and comping

· Strong print, screen, and typographic design

· Meticulous approach to print and digital art working

· Understanding of graphic design for event spaces and environments

· Ability to interpret and develop existing brands and identities

· Strong Presentation design skills and creative use of PowerPoint animation

· Good foundation in After Effects animation and motion graphics

· Understanding of broadcast graphics – lower thirds, stings and bumpers etc.

· Experience in producing beautiful and engaging pitch and proposal presentations and visuals

· Must have a minimum of 3 years live agency experience at a senior design level

Desired, non-essential

· Familiarity and interest in Artificial Intelligence and it’s uses across graphics and film production

· 3D Design & visualisation

· A knowledge of HTML and CSS

· Creative illustration

· Onsite PowerPoint operation for events
