Job Description


Main Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive marketing and organisational support to a Partner, within Pinnacle Wealth Management.


The role entails generating new leads each month for the adviser, preparing financial models and plans, and keeping the pipeline busy at all times. You will be speaking with prospects and clients daily, making a large amount of outbound phone calls and preparing ahead of calls. You will need to be excellent at managing a number of tasks at anyone time. Prioritisation and attention to detail are key.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

•Arrange appointments with high-quality prospects for a highly successful financial adviser

•Deliver excellent communication skills to influence prospects over the phone using social media platforms

•Experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

•Ensure work is performed to the highest standards and that personal KPI targets are met or exceeded

•Manage high volumes of outbound requests in a timely and organised manner

•Maintaining a busy diary and pipeline for the adviser

•Follow communication guidelines and templates

•Develop and distribute thought provoking, conversation-starter articles

•Review and analyse performance against targets and plans to determine effectiveness, trends and areas for improvement

•Research appropriate individuals and companies as directed by the business.


Meeting Preparation:

•Diary and Email Management i.e booking in client meetings via phone and email, responding to client emails.

•Preparing Voyant (Financial Planning Model). Inputting the client’s information in order to create a base plan, create ‘what if’ scenarios and generate reports

•Preparing LifePlans (Financial Planning Reports). Ensure all documents are appropriately personalised, accurate and comply with Pinnacle standards

•Preparing Analytics reports. Locating funds and pre-populating client portfolios, producing fund and performance analysis

•Meeting pack preparation - for existing and potential client meetings


Skills and experience required:

•Experience with confidence with outbound calling is a must

•Previous sales and office experience (minimum 2-years)

•Strong and effective communicator with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst being solution and service orientated

•Technology savvy and willing to embrace new systems and software

•Be willing to learn and develop with good analytical and decision-making skills

•Possess strong influencing skills whilst being an effective listener and remaining discrete and professional in all communication

•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise

•Adaptable, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work both in isolation and as part of a wider team

•Capable of managing time and the organisation of various tasks effectively


People Responsibilities:

•No direct management responsibilities exist for this role. Building a strong relationship with your Adviser and other teams within Pinnacle is essential.


Job Knowledge:

•Sales and outbound calling techniques

•Wealth Managment, Finance, Markets

•Training provided. Complete all SJP product exams for each tax year.

Salary, Commissions, Bonuses

•Salary: £24,000 pa

•Commissions: Paid £100 per meeting. Target 15 per month = £1,500pm (10 min, 15 target, 20 easily achievable)

•Bonuses: TBC
