Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Development
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing campaign for our client, focusing on paid media activations and web initiatives
Project Management
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Research Management
- Work in close collaboration with product and client marketing on client research projects, including delivering insights to groups outside of marketing
Content Creation
- Create impactful marketing content aligned with regional campaign narratives, spanning various assets such as advertising, web, social (LinkedIn), digital, video, paid search, LinkedIn spokespeople, native, and more
- Optimise content for diverse marketing channels, showcasing proficiency in both copywriting and design
Brand Advocacy
- Champion brand design principles across visuals and tone of voice
- Brief creative partners and design agencies on projects
Collaboration and Partnership
- Collaborate closely with agency partners, including translators, copywriters, media agencies, and creative teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of campaign assets
- Maintain and refine the web experience across 17 EMEA markets
Media Planning and Execution
- Work closely with our client’s media team and external media agency to develop local media plans targeting a professional audience
Data-Driven Oprimisation
- Utilise data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum impact
LinkedIn Account Management
- Manage day-to-day activities on LinkedIn accounts for paid media in EMEA, including posting and tracking KPIs
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including product marketing, product strategy, investment teams, research teams, and sales, to ensure content aligns with business goals and objectives
- Articulate marketing campaigns and their impact to a wide group of stakeholders
Regional Scaling and Relationship Management
- Partner with local marketing managers to scale campaigns regionally
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, to seamlessly deliver campaigns
Knowledge/Experience:
- Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in the financial service industry or a related field
- Excellent project management skills, adept at managing multiple initiatives across various marketing channels
- Ability to build strong networks and relationships among diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams to create compliant content, particularly around sustainability
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and sustainable investing is advantageous
