We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer who is looking for an exciting challenge in one of Heathrow's largest hotels.

What we are looking for:

  • Maintain a high standard of guest room repairds, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and professionalism whilst respecting guest privacy
  • You will be responsible for suitable and sufficient training regimes are in place and that members of staff are suitably trained and experienced to undertake the task at hand
  • Proactively manage, coach and develop the hotel maintanence team to ensure both Hotel and group objectives are achieved
  • Proactively audit internal systems to ensure consistent delivery of Key Performance Indicators associated with the hotel
  • You will ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained in a safe condition and to take actionimmediately should any unsafe situation arise
  • Knowledge of computer programs related to Preventative Maintenance, plant automation, and other systems, including devices that interact with such programs is essential
  • Able to set and monitor SLA and KPI targets, then manage service delivery against them
  • A strong track record of achievement within a similar role is essential
