Chief Technology Officer – Product | Payments

Stott and May is collaborating with a leading global payments organization seeking to appoint a Chief Technology Officer - Product to their remote team. This organization is built on strong principles aimed at making a positive impact in underserved regions worldwide.

In this influential position, you will be instrumental in advancing and refining the payment platform, enabling both consumers and enterprises to conduct international transactions seamlessly. We are in search of a technical visionary with a proven track record in guiding product and engineering teams, capable of establishing a strategic direction and product roadmap while fostering continuous innovation.

This role will define the strategic vision for the organization, and in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure that product and engineering operations are executed efficiently from initial conception and prioritization through to scheduling and implementation. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and expanding cross-functional teams within a dynamic technology environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software engineering principles and product development processes
  • Experience within the payments sector is highly advantageous
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and scalable system design
