Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Top of Minds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technology roadmap and ensuring that our tech proposition is competitive in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and implementation discussions to drive the technology roadmap
  • Develop our data proposition internally to the point where data is a wholly trusted element of our internal offering
  • Be an active advocate for Top of Minds, our platform, and our technology
  • Instrument, test, and personalize our technology infrastructure and suite of products by bringing close collaboration across technology, engineering, and product teams
  • In conjunction with the People team, develop career paths for your team and build in succession planning

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading technology teams in scale-up/start-up environments over several years, seeing growth from the c20 to c80+ head level
  • Strong engineering background – Android FE, BE microservices with Go comms with GRPC
  • Minimum BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience of working with large volumes of contractors on an international basis
  • Experience of developing cyber security processes
  • Encourage use of AI
