Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Continuous Improvement Manager to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Ipswich.


The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for managing the team, workflows, processes, communications, team management (SLA’s), Stakeholder management, SLT meetings, and general management of the Timegate system, which also includes the support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities are to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans.
  • Conduct systems needs analyses and make recommendations for improvements; to include recommendations following technology updates.
  • Facilitates discussions between Operations & subject matter experts, as it relates to system wide functionality, to review business needs, requirements, alternative solutions & process improvements. Thinks ‘outside the box’ for solutions when system limitations are experienced.
  • Monitor support tickets, and performance of internal ticket SLA’s.
  • Establish priorities for system changes, fixes, and upgrades.
  • Supports clients through testing.
  • Publishes performance statistics for problem resolution, against the Operational SLA’s
  • Helps design system specifications and works with internal/ external technical resources.
  • Lead core team & manage day to day operations of the Timegate Systems.
  • Updates and maintains configurations in the HCM system; to include integrations, HCM system security, system-wide defaults, department and location data, compensation administration data, performance management data.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance, upgrades, and development.
  • Liaison with IT on relevant matters such as data changes and bulk data imports
  • Serve as the primary correspondent to the communications team.
  • Monitor and effect training requirements, super user groups and divisional drop-in sessions.
