The Opportunity

As a Claims Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of minor claims. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Claims Oversight: Effectively manage a designated set of low-value claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the insurance sector and the intricacies of claims management.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take personal responsibility for your claims while collaborating with team members to monitor key client outcomes and implement necessary actions to meet established service standards.
  • Financial Compliance: Adhere to all financial protocols set forth by WTW, including compliance with the reserving process within your authority limits.
  • Client Interaction: Address day-to-day client inquiries with professionalism and in alignment with WTW's core values.
  • Audit Awareness: Understand and follow the audit procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Forum, contributing ideas and support for ongoing enhancements.
